Drs. Rabadi has more than 17 years of experience in Lecturing, training, development, management, and consulting focusing on institutional strengthening, human resources development grounded on well experience gained in Public, Small-Medium Enterprises and NGO sectors.
Drs. Rabadi has a strong experience as a training practitioner emphasis on the design of training-of-trainers programmes, training needs analysis, the use of modern training methods in delivery, curriculum development and evaluation & monitoring of training, Organizational Development and Institutional Capacity Building. Recent long-term institutional strengthening projects involved training of trainers, counsellors and consultants in the beneficiary organizations on CEFE methodology, the development and use of local case studies, simulations and experiential learning techniques, consulting interventions. The output achieved was a change in the method of instruction from traditional lecture-based approach to a more participative skills-based, gender-sensitive and learner-centred approach.
Drs. Rabadi has a 15 years of experience in donor-funded development projects, including assignments as Team Leader/Manager, and Researcher on World Bank, SDC, Oxfam, NUFFIC, USAID, EC, UNDP, SAIL, CIDA, GTZ, FIT –funded institutional and sector development projects in Palestine.
Drs. Rabadi is well trained in logical framework project cycle methodology, Pert chart, Gantt chart and in project documentation and reporting requirements. This includes a detailed knowledge and skills of participatory planning techniques at all phases of project identification, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
