Studies and researches
- State Security Court between Necessity and Legitimacy, a joint study published by Dameer Foundation in Ramallah in 2000 discussed the legal status of the State Security Court within local and international standards.
- International liability for Israeli violations in the village of Aqaba, a legal report published by Haq Foundation in 2000 addressed the Israeli violations in the village of Aqaba/Tubas, a village located in a military training area.
- A comparative study of legislations governing the Palestinian elections, a joint study published by Palestinian NGOs Network in 1999, dealing with major Arab and international electoral systems, and the basis which the elections of Legislative Council and presidency must abide by.
- Palestinian citizen's rights guideline, a joint study, published by a group of Palestinian Institutions in 2000, dealing with a range of civil and political rights in accordance with local and international texts.
- Torture: Prohibition and Resistance, a comparative legal study prepared for Haq Foundation in 2001, which highlighted torture practices by Palestinian security services. The study also offered the foundations and local and international mechanisms to counter torture.
- Penal Code Project: papers and notes of criticism - a joint legal study published by the Palestinian Independent Commission for Citizen's Rights in 2001, which highlighted the penal code system, and anti-state security crimes, torture and the death penalty in the Palestinian Penal Code.
- War Crimes, Crimes against Humanity and the International Responsibility of Israel during Al-Aqsa Intifada, a legal study published by the Palestinian Independent Commission for Citizen's Rights in 2001, which highlights the war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by Israeli occupation forces during Al-Aqsa Intifada.

- Judge’s Stance Concerning Evidence in Proof Binding, a study dealing with evidence in proof binding process in civil and commercial cases in accordance with Palestinian law compared to Egyptian and Jordanian laws. The study was discussed as MA thesis in Al-quds University in 2003 and the first of edition of it was published by its author 2005.
- Health Conditions of Palestinian and Arab Detainees in Israeli Jails, a joint study on a group of political prisoners in Israeli jails / Health Work Committees, Jadal Center 2004.
